Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and pay a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price. The deposit will be held in escrow at Cameron Title and is non-refundable. Possession will be given at closing, on or before May 17, 2024. The 2024 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Title insurance will be provided by the seller. Closing costs will be split between the buyer and seller. Real estate will be sold subject to all government programs. Real estate is being sold as as-is and is subject to any and all recorded or apparent easements.
