This farm will be sold as four individually surveyed tracts. Tracks 1, 2 and 3 will be offered on a price per acre basis, using the “buyers choice method”. The high bidder can purchase any and all of tracts 1, 2 and 3. Buyers choice method will continue until all tracts have been sold. Track 4 will be sold to highest bidder.
